First off, you must have the PLUS service level to access the File Uploads features.
Under a client's Case, you can upload documents under the following tabs...

"Assistance" Section
Visit [Assistance] tab
Click [Add Assistance +] or [Add Request/Referral +] button (see screenshot here)
Click "Choose File" and find the file on your computer to upload (see screenshot here)
"Notes" Section
Visit [Notes] tab
Click the [Add Note +] button (see screenshot here)
Click "Choose File" and find the file on your computer to upload (see screenshot here).
"Documents" Section
Visit [Documents] tab
Click the [Add Document +] button (see screenshot here)
Click "Choose File" and find the file on your computer to upload (see screenshot here).
"Outcomes" Section
Visit [Outcomes] tab
If there is not currently a goal set in progress, click [Add Goal Set +] button (see screenshot here).
Click the [Add Comment/File] button (see screenshot here).
Click "Choose File" and find the file on your computer to upload (see screenshot here).
Additionally, you can upload files to Bulletins and upload a client's photo by clicking the [Add Photo] button in the top-right corner of a Case (see screenshot here).
