What are the default data sets found in the system at the start?

Do we start from scratch with a new account or are their fields there at the start?

We do provide a list of default, generic fields to help you get started but nearly all fields are customizable by a network administrator. Please find below:

[Add New Case] Intake Screen – Default fields

  • Identification Tab

  • First Name  (*Required)

  • Middle Name

  • Last Name  (*Required)

  • Suffix

  • Nick Name (This can be hidden if necessary)

  • Maiden Name (This can be hidden if necessary)

  • Date of Birth  (This can be made *required if necessary)

  • Social Security Number (This can be hidden if necessary)

  • Street Address, City, State, Zip Code (This can be made *required if necessary)

  • Mailing Address, City, State, Zip Code

  • County

  • Phone numbers (These can be made *required if necessary)

  • Identification Numbers (This can be hidden if necessary)

 Income & Expenses Tab (This entire tab can be hidden if necessary)

  • Income Sources – (Name of Source, Phone number associated, Dollar Amount, Interval)

  • Expenses – (Name of Expense, Phone number associated, Dollar Amount, Interval)

Demographics Tab - This section is the most customizable to fit your community’s needs – all of the following details can be hidden or edited or added to.

  • Gender: Male

  • Gender: Female

  • Ethnicity: African-American

  • Ethnicity: Asian

  • Ethnicity: Caucasian

  • Ethnicity: Hispanic

  • Ethnicity: Middle Eastern

  • Ethnicity: Native American

  • Ethnicity: Other

  • Ethnicity: Pacific Islander

  • Education: College

  • Education: High school-Incomplete

  • Education: High school/GED

  • Employment: Employed

  • Employment: Full time

  • Employment: Part time

  • Employment: Unemployed

  • Marital Status: Divorced

  • Marital Status: Married

  • Marital Status: Single

  • Government Benefits: Receives Disability

  • Government Benefits: Receives Food Stamps

You will see these areas when you 1. Open a Case, 2. Click the [Assistance] section on a Case, 3. Then click the [Add Assistance +] button.

You will see these areas when you 1. Open a Case, 2. Then click the [Outcomes] section on a Case.
