Yes, a migration can be performed by our technical team. This service is billed as a one-time fee at a rate of $150 per hour. Most migrations are completed in approximately two (2) hours ($300); however, final pricing may vary depending on several technical factors that must be reviewed before a formal quote is issued.
**Important Notes:**
The migration script does NOT currently support assistance request data or custom form data.
Any client ID cards printed in the previous network CANNOT be used in the new network and will need to be reissued after the migration.

Join the Destination Network
Option A: Request membership in the new network by visiting www.CharityTracker.com, searching for the network, and submitting a membership request; or
Option B: Ask the destination network administrator to add your agency directly (Admin tab → “Add New Agency +”).
Complete Data Release Authorization
A signed Data Release Authorization Form is required from both parties (your agency and the destination network administrator).The form can be requested by emailing support@charitytracker.net or support@oasisinsight.net.
For faster turnaround, the form can be sent via DocuSign upon request.
Review Quote & Schedule Migration
Once the technical team completes its review, a migration quote will be sent for approval. After approval and payment are received, the migration will be scheduled.
