Typically, your browser will have a menu in "Settings" that has this heading or sub-heading - "Clear Browsing Data". (You can Google search how to do it specifically for the browser you are using.) For instance, in Chrome, when you click to open the menu and mouse over "More Tools", you will find "Clear Browsing Data" listed.
Click on "Clear Browsing Data" and select the following:
"Time Range: All Time" (or your browser's equivalent)
"Cookies and other site data"
"Cached images and files"

Once it's finished clearing your cache, close your browser and re-open
