Open a case (maybe the Head of Household) to begin.
Click on the [Relationships] tab
Click on the "Edit" link beside the name of the individual that needs to be changed - see screenshot - https://simon.d.pr/8G0G4u
To keep a relationship attached to the "Head of Household" but remove them from the actual household, un-check the "Both people live at the same address" box - see screenshot - https://simon.d.pr/wrFACD
