How do we move an agent (user) from one agency to another?

I have an agent at one agency that is moving to another agency. How can I get this person moved?

No problem! There are two options:

  1. You can A. disable the agent's old login and B. re-add this person under the new agency with another email address.

  2. Or, contact the support team and let us know the destination agency and we can move from one agency to another from our end.
