We would suggest the purchase of a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 (or above) and a mobile Internet plan and HotSpot for use if Wifi is not available. The benefit of a hotspot vs a tablet with a built-in data plan is that multiple devices could access at the same time depending on the bandwidth. Please see recommendations below:
