There's a new way to record current living situation in CT HMIS.

In collaboration with the Murfreesboro/Rutherford County CoC, we have designed an enhancement to recording the Current Living Situation (CLS) of a client for the project types that require that data point.

Previously, within the "Enrollment Info" section, the CLS could only be defined once for a project enrollment, presenting a limitation when the user needed to record multiple records.

Launching June 4, 2021, there will now be a dedicated section called "Current Living Situation" in which multiple records can now be added. Each record will be displayed at the top of the section, with a form to add as many CLS records as you need.

The CLS data that currently resides in the "Enrollment Info" section will be automatically migrated to the new, dedicated "Current Living Situation" along with the launch of this new enhancement on June 4, 2021.

Additionally, this change maintains HUD-Compliance and the CLS data will properly populate in your HMIS CSV Exports.
