For digital signature capture, you have a few different options:

Option 1 - Touchscreen Devices

If a program requires a digital signature to be captured at distribution, an agency can capture the digital signature using a mouse, touchscreen or a signature pads/devices that connects via USB:

If you are using a touchscreen tablet/laptop then you can capture digital signatures directly without the need for additional hardware. When prompted for a digital signature, you simply use your finger or a stylus to draw your signature. Simple and easy.

Our favorite and most highly recommended touchscreen device is the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and above.
