How do I re-enable an Agent whose access was disabled?

Steps to reactivate a user/agent that has previously been disabled.

If you have the permissions of an "Agency Administrator" or higher (Network Administrator) you can re-enable an agent to log back into the system after their access had been disabled. Watch video here at this link (~1 min)
