The SMS Text message will only be delivered to one phone number listed. The system will only send to one phone number associated with the case, and it will first look for ‘mobile’ or ‘cell’ in the phone description.
So, what happens if your client(s) have multiple phone numbers listed? Will the message be sent to all the numbers listed?
