Are you using a compatible Topaz Signature Pad?
You can find your model number on the back of the signature pad. We only support the following models: T-S460-HSB-R or T-LBK460-HSB-R

Are you using a PC and Windows?  Topaz will not work with Mac.
We highly recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your browser.

In CharityTracker or Oasis Insight, make sure you check the "Use Topaz Pad" box in the bottom right-corner when capturing a signature. (Once you select this, it will be saved for subsequent signatures.)

Still having issues? You might need to re-install the Topaz drivers.

Carefully follow the instructions to Install or Re-Install the proper Topaz driver following these instructions:   https://www.topazsystems.com/Software/sigweb_install.pdf

For Windows 10 users note the following difference in reference to page 3, number 3:
Click on "Start" > "Windows Powershell" > Right click on "Powershell" > "Run as administrator"

After you uninstall, restart your computer before re-installing the Topaz software.

Re-installing the drivers didn't help? This should get you fixed up....
The issue may now be due to a configuration issue we have seen some Topaz signature pads experience. See if you can successfully sign on this official Topaz demo: https://www.sigplusweb.com/sigwebtablet_demo.htm

If you could not successfully sign, then you are in luck! Follow the instructions in the image below.

  1. You will need to open Windows Explorer and navigate to This PC > Local Disk (C:\) > Windows > SigPlus > Cert

  2. Once you are there, right click on "ICert" (Type is Windows Batch File) and choose Run as Administrator. A window will pop up and run then go away automatically.

  3. Next, right click on "ResetPort" (Type is Windows Batch File) and choose Run as Administrator. A window will pop up and run then go away automatically.

  4. Close and re-open Chrome or Firefox, and you should now be able to successfully sign at: https://www.sigplusweb.com/sigwebtablet_demo.htm

  5. If you successfully signed, then CharityTracker or Oasis Insight will now be fully functional!

6. If you are still unsuccessful do the following:
unplug your Topaz tablet, uninstall the driver, then restart your computer, then re-install the driver, then re-plug topaz, and finally do the topaz test.
