AWS operates, manages and controls the components from the host operating system and virtualization layer down to the physical security of the facilities in which the service operates.

Because FERPA was authored in 1974, it lacks clear guidance on modern technology use, which means that educational institutions are often left to create their own solutions. As part of these solutions – Compliance Policies, Threat Protection Plans, Data Loss Prevention Plans, etc. Our Company has our Policy/SOP and Plans in order and audited through a Third Party.  The final link is the agency that is handling PII (Personally Identifiable Information) Related Information.
