How to Change an Agent's Role

Do you need to make an agent an "Agency Administrator" or "Network Administrator"? Follow these steps.

You can adjust any agent's role by taking these steps:

  1. Visit your [My Agency] tab.

  2. Click the [EDIT] link found to the right of the agent's name (Please note that you may only do this for *other* agents if you have administrative privileges).

  3. Adjust the "Roles" here (See screenshot here).
