Yes. Should you decide to stop using the system you can:
Export your data to a CSV file via your [My Agency] >> [Reports] tab if you'd prefer to download individual CSV files of Cases, Assistances, etc.
Once you select you report be sure to choose CSV format in the top-right corner of the 1st reporting window to generate the report in a downloadable spreadsheet format.
Download a SQL file from your [Admin] tab, if you are a network administrator (see screenshot here).
