Although not a requirement for using the system, some network administrators wish to implement a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for participating organizations with the goal of documenting that partners have consulted and coordinated a mutual understanding of the responsibilities of the nonprofit collaboration.

Please know that all agents/users must agree to the Terms of Service when first accessing the system and adhere to them moving forward.
