First off, you must have the PLUS service level to access the File Uploads features.
Under a client's Case, you can upload documents under the following tabs...
"Assistance" Section
- Visit [Assistance] tab
- Click [Add Assistance +] or [Add Request/Referral +] button (see screenshot here)
- Click "Choose File" and find the file on your computer to upload (see screenshot here)
"Notes" Section
- Visit [Notes] tab
- Click the [Add Note +] button (see screenshot here)
- Click "Choose File" and find the file on your computer to upload (see screenshot here).
"Outcomes" Section
- Visit [Outcomes] tab
- If there is not currently a goal set in progress, click [Add Goal Set +] button (see screenshot here).
- Click the [Add Comment/File] button (see screenshot here).
- Click "Choose File" and find the file on your computer to upload (see screenshot here).
Additionally, you can upload files to Bulletins and upload a client's photo by clicking the [Add Photo] button in the top-right corner of a Case (see screenshot here).
