New "Sections" on the [Add New Case] intake screen can only be added by the support team, so let us know if you have need of a new one.
Network administrators can then add new demographic fields (such as check-boxes, drop-downs, radio buttons, etc.) to the newly added Section. Network admins can do this under the [Admin] tab >> [Demographics] sub-tab >> [Add Demographic +] button.
NOTE: On the "Add Demographic" window that appears, be sure to select the new options under the "Section" drop-down menu.
