ADMIN REPORT: Agencies and Categories Used

How can I run a report that gives me a list of agencies and the categories they have used?

Click on your [Admin] tab
Click the [Reports] sub-tab
Click on "Agencies" report
Select CSV format
Click "Filter by date of assistance" and enter your date range
Click [Next]
Select the following as shown:  https://simon.d.pr/YIPyCM
Click [Request Report]
