Follow these steps:

  1. [Search] for an existing Case OR use [Add New Case] to create a new Case.

  2. Click [Create New ROI] button (see screenshot here).

  3. On the window that appears, make sure the date is correct for when the client actually signed the ROI, click [Next] (see screenshot here).

  4. Lastly, click [Upload Signed ROI] button and [Browse] to find the scanned file on your computer to attach (see screenshot here)

If you do not see the [Upload Signed ROI] button please contact our support team as we can assist you with an upgrade to the PLUS level of service (info@simonsolutions or 888-764-0633).
