Yes, we have just such a feature. At the request of the network admin, we can activate the "ROI Case Lockout" functionality. This functionality requires a user to verify the ROI for the case in order to view/edit the case.
Is there a setting that forces cases to have a verified ROI in order for users to view/edit the Case?
