How are Counties added?

I would like to add/remove counties on the [Add New Case] intake screen.

Only Network Administrators can modify "Counties." Follow these steps:

  1. Click [Admin] tab in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Click EDIT NETWORK SETTINGS found here (see screenshot)

  3. Lastly, click the [Counties] sub-tab

If you are not a network administrator you can click [Contact Admin] button in top-right corner of system to request changes to "Counties" from your network administrator.
