If you are experiencing email delivery issues from CharityTracker/ Oasis Insight and our support team has confirmed that emails are successfully being sent, but you are still not receiving the emails, it’s time to involve your person/team that handles your computer systems. They will need to possibly whitelist our notification emails which will come from notifications@oasisinsight.net
or notifications@charitytracker.net
depending on what product you use. Sometimes you may not have a “computer person” and will need to contact the provider you use for email to let them help troubleshoot delivery issues.
