Many of our customers use the following process to "Check In" guests as they arrive and create a queue to work from for first-come-first-serve situations.

This process requires creating an assistance category called "Daily Check-In" ([My Agency] tab >> [Categories] sub-tab >> [Add Category +] button) and also creating a barcode called "Daily Check-In" to be used with a barcode scanner ([My Agency] tab >> [Barcodes] sub-tab >> [Add Barcode +] button). A SAVED REPORT called "Daily Check-In Report" can be viewed/refreshed to show the latest queue of clients.
