Currently, there is only one (1) remote intake link that can be configured per agency. However, if each program was set up as a different agency within the database then multiple kiosk/remote intake links could be accommodated. Please note this is part of the "remote intake" feature with the Pro-level of service.
We recommend you contact our support team (email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org) and in the message share A.) the names of the different programs and B.) the different data points (fields) that should be captured for each program and our support team would be happy to try and set up a solution for you to review.. For example:
Caring Center (General Assistance)
Date of Birth
What is your residential status? (Homeless; Rent; Own)
How long have you lived in the area? (Less than 6 months; 6 mo. to 2 yrs.; 3+ yrs.)
Have you requested general assistance from us in the past? (yes; no)
Caring Center (Refugee Program)
Date of Birth
What is your country of origin? (text input field)
What is the date of your arrival in the United States? (date field)
What is your primary language spoken? (English; Spanish; Russian; Other)
Do you already have a case worker already assisting you? (yes; no)
In the above example, you would have two, separate remote intake links to share: one for "General Assistance" and another for the "Refugee Program."
