Veteran's Information

Major changes were performed within this section, notably, the following fields were added:

For a complete list of changes to the Veteran's Information section, please refer to the FY 2022 Data Standards.

Reversed Entry/Form

We received feedback that many of the sections of HMIS Assessments required laborious scrolling to get to the entry form if there were many entries. For example, the user interface displayed the entries above the form. Now, the entries will be displayed below the form. This adds up to a welcomed change, designed to make your life easier. (Special thanks to the Murfreesboro, TN CoC for guiding the development of this enhancement!)

The following sections were updated with this new workflow:

  • Current Living Situation

  • Financial Assisted Provided

  • Services Provided

  • Referrals Provided

  • Moving On Assistance Provided (New Section)

Reports

Per the FY 2022 Data Standards, the following reports will be updated correspondingly: HMIS CSV Export, APR/CAPER, and the PATH report.

Legacy FY 2020 HMIS CSV Export: On or after Oct 1, 2021 - For SSVF or any other scenario that requires you to run the older FY 2020 HMIS CSV Export, there will also be an option (shown below) available.
